Shipping your parcel

Packages are generally dispatched within a maximum of 2 days after receipt of payment. The average delivery time for our orders is between 48h and 72h. Our packages are shipped via BPost with a tracking number. We will send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping charges include fees for preparation and packing as well as postage. Shipping costs depend upon the total weight of the package. We recommend you to group all your items in one order. We can not combine two orders placed separately, so shipping costs will then apply to each of them.

Boxes will be of the appropriate size and your items will be properly protected.

Cancellation period

You have the right to cancel within 14 days, please use the cancellation form attached. Please consult our terms of sales.

Belgium

You can choose one of the following options for receiving your package:

• Home delivery
  Select the day that you are available to receive your package (also on Saturday for €2 extra) throughout Belgium.
• Pick-up point
  Select a BPost pick-up point and the day when you will be available to pick up your parcels, throughout Belgium.
• Parcel distributor
  Select a BPost parcel distributor and the day when you will be available to pick up your parcels, throughout Belgium.

France - Luxembourg - Germany - Netherlands

Home delivery is carried out by our partner, your parcel will be delivered with registered post (signature required).
For deliveries outside mainland France, please contact us and we can estimate the cost of delivery.
